Positive: We had a pleasant stay as a family of five (2 adults, 3 small children). The 60m² apartment is roomy and has all the necessary appliances. There was nothing significant to complain about since we were out for most of the day anyway. However, the wireless internet is useless as there is little to no signal. I had to use my mobile data and hotspot to connect all our devices to the internet. The owner and his family, who live in the same building, are very nice. The location of the apartment is also good, about 500 meters from the U6 Bahn, which takes you to the city center. Upsides: Good location Private parking available for 5 EUR/day Roomy apartment with all the appliances, dishes, and towels needed Good price for Vienna Very friendly owner Owner will let your kids play in his backyard with plenty of toys there
Negative: Downsides: Towels had a strange smell Weak or no Wi-Fi signal, so you will need to use mobile data

Positive: Julie, the hostess, is absolutely great. She allowed us to arrive earlier and provided with all necessary facilities and information. Appartment is big and convinient, the kitchen is very well equipped; the number of towels was more than sufficient. The oven is good, the fridge is vast and quiet. The environment is quiet, so we were not disturbed during the day and night with a street noise. Mattraces are comfortable. As complement the wellcome bottle of good wine was supplied.
Negative: We would recommend to hang blackout curtains or maintain blinds in the bedroom, so that the sun would not light up the room in the morning. At the moment there are tulle curtains in the bedroom. If guests stay in Vienna for a short period of time they have to take into consideration that it takes 40-50 minures to get to the city center on the city transport
Summary: The hosts provide excellent hospitality and care about guest. We are very happy.
